Lerno is operated by LiJie Xu, an individual (sole trader) based in China. You can reach us at greyapps@icloud.com.
Using the service
You must be 13 or older. You agree to use the service lawfully, follow our Acceptable Use Policy and only upload material you have the right to use.
Subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Free trial
The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers, limited to one trial per person. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.
Renewals and cancellation
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of any payment; see our Refund Policy.
Your content and AI output
You keep ownership of what you upload and grant us a licence to process it to provide the service. AI-generated cards, notes and answers can contain mistakes, so check anything important.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of China, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
