Why cards come back when they do
Spaced repetition in plain English.
We use a spaced repetition model that predicts when you are about to forget each card and schedules it just before then. Getting a card right quickly pushes it further out; mistakes bring it back sooner.
"Due today" counts everything scheduled before midnight in your time zone. New cards are limited to a sensible number per day so reviews never pile up.
